Experience a wonderful flight over the Himalayas. On arrival you will be received by our representative and after meet and greet, transfer to city hotel. After welcome drinks / tea / coffee, rest for whole day & and let yourself get acclimatized to the new place you are in. Late afternoon, if health & time permits, drive to Shanti Stupa.
Situated at an elevation of 14000ft on a hilltop in the Changspa region in Leh, Shanti Stupa is a famed spot amongst tourists. The place was built in 1999 and offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the landscape of Leh. A drivable road leads to the top which one can opt for if ascending 500-600 stairs is not your calling.
A replica of Lhasa’s Potala Palace, the Leh Palace is as regal as it can be looming large over the town of Leh. Situated atop a cliff, the palace serves as a reminder to the glorious days of the royal family. The Leh Palace is a classic example of medieval Tibetan architecture built in around the 17th century. A marvel of a statue of Buddha is housed in the premises that adds to the charm of the place. The palace is open from 7:00am till 4:00pm hence it is advised to make it early to get a glimpse of this palace that now lies in ruins.

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast proceed for a tour of the Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Kali Temple and Sangam.
Hall of Fame is a must visit for every patriotic Indian. It has been built by Indian Army in memoriam of the soldiers who lost their lives in the Indo-Pakistan wars of Kargil and Siachen glaciers. Housing the arms and ammunition, uniforms, biographies of the valiant soldiers, the museum is now maintained by the Indian Army.
Gurudwara Patthar Sahib was built in the year 1571 and lies on the juncture of the Leh-Kargil road. The Gurudwara came into existence as a commemoration to mark the visit of Guru Nanak to the region.
The place is revered for a scientific phenomenon that sees vehicles moving uphill despite engines being turned off. This is in a terrain that has steep slope and needs to be seen to believe.
The Sangam is the place called Nimu where the Zanskar river and the Indus rivers merge. At Sangam you can enjoy rafting on Zanskar river. Evening return back to Leh. Overnight at hotel in Leh.
After an early breakfast drive to the beautiful Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft) with the zig zag trail continuing till the drive to the Hunder village. On arrival check in at resort / camp at Nubra Valley. Overnight at resort / camp in Nubra Valley.
Nubra Valley is a fertile valley drained by the waters of the rivers Nubra and Shyok. The place is home to scenic landscapes, colourful Buddhist monasteries and beautiful apple orchards. A real marvel is the sand dunes that add on to the feeling of surrealism to the place. While at Nubra Valley enjoy the beauty of the sand dunes on a double hump camel. The place is also famed for jeep safari rides and photography.
Today we get up early morning and proceed to visit the Diskit monastery and have wonderful views of the Nubra valley. Later drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok. Enjoy the turquoise-colored panoramic lake and the magnificent mountains and landscapes which will leave you awestruck. Overnight at camp site in Pangong Lake.
The Diskit Monastery also known widely as the Deskit or the Diskit Gompa is the oldest and largest monastery in all of Nubra Valley. Tibetan folklore and myth come alive at this place that is stated to be the residence of an anti-Buddhist demon. The Mongolian demon’s disintegrated head and hand is housed inside the premises of the Diskit Monastery. The monastery runs a school in collaboration with an NGO called “The Tibet Support Group”. The monastery is famed for the “Festival of the Scapegoat”, locally known the “Dosmoche”.
One of the most popular tourist attractions, the Pangong Tso lake is located on the Changtang plateau in eastern Ladakh. Inner-line permit is mandated for visiting the lake that was made a hotspot ever since the bollywood movie “3 Idiots” was shot here. The place offers scenic and unparalleled views for camping.
After a late breakfast, we stroll in and around the lake and watch the mother nature taking precedence here at this heavenly abode. Later drive back to Leh. Overnight at hotel in Leh.
After an early breakfast, depart to airport for journey towards onward destination. Tour Ends.
